About

Where strategy
meets technology

I'm a Product Owner at the United Nations Global Compact, where I run the reporting product — building LLM integrations that automate what used to take teams weeks, and keeping the roadmap honest with real usage data instead of assumptions.

Before that I spent a few years as a PM and BA on large digital transformation projects, working directly with enterprise clients. I'm at my best when the problem is messy, the data is complicated, and there's a real person on the other end who needs things to actually work.

Career highlights

United Nations Global Compact · New York, NY

Product Owner, Reporting

July 2024 — Present

  • Built LLM integrations that cut the manual work of synthesizing sustainability reports — what used to take days now takes minutes, without sacrificing accuracy
  • Wrote product requirements in plain language and used them to generate production-ready React components directly, cutting the gap between spec and code
  • Replaced a static roadmap with one that updates based on what users are actually doing and where the market is moving
  • Ran a global early adopter program and used that feedback to drive real feature decisions, not just collect responses
  • Rebuilt the data validation layer with AI-powered rules that catch problems automatically instead of waiting for someone to notice them
  • Set up product metrics from scratch — engagement, task completion, adoption — and tied roadmap decisions back to them

Time In Range Project

Built out of a T1D diagnosis. CGM devices produce a flood of glucose data every day — this project is about making that data actually useful. The product coming out of it is called Betawise.

UN Sustainability LLM Pipeline

Built an LLM pipeline at the UN Global Compact that handles the synthesis of sustainability reports from hundreds of member organizations — the kind of work that used to require a team.

Personal Advocacy
"Getting diagnosed with T1D changed what I thought products were actually for."

I have Type 1 Diabetes. That means I'm looking at glucose readings all day, adjusting on the fly, and trying to make sense of data that never really stops coming. Most of the tools built for this are clinical interfaces designed for doctors, not for people trying to live their lives.

That's what the Time In Range Project is about — and why I'm building Betawise. Not an abstract mission statement, just a real problem I deal with every day, and a skill set that's useful for solving it.
